Self-centre Bonded Seal used in hydraulic coupling

Bonded Seal, which is made of rubber ring and metal ring, is a sealing ring used to seal the connection of screw thread and flange. The ring includes a metal ring and a rubber gasket.

Metal ring antirust treatment, rubber ring generally used oil resistant nitrile rubber or fluorine rubber.Combination pads are available in metric and imperial sizes in the combination form of metal and rubber as specified in standard jb982-77.

Bonded Seal is used for the sealing of the threaded pipe joint and the screw plug. It is generally used together with the bayonet type pipe joint to block the oil port. It is mainly used for the static sealing of the end face of the threaded joint of the hydraulic valve pipe joint.
