AQ seal with PU&NBR material

A Quad ring with limited contact points is mounted on the surface of a PTFE seal ring that is pre-stressed 

by a double O-ring. Suitable for applications where two media need to be separated (eg liquid and liquid, 

liquid and gas). Because it combines the low friction performance of the sealed body Liaocheng with the 

good performance of the rubber elastomer, this optimized design greatly reduces friction and minimizes 

leakage.

Working conditions:

Speed 3m / s

Pressure range: 0-60MPA

Temperature range: -30 to 100 degrees

Medium: petroleum-based hydraulic oil, flame-resistant hydraulic oil, water, others.
